Marriage License Requirements

-Legal Age: 18

-Blood Test: None

-Fee: $70 public license, $70 confidential license (cash, check or money order)

-ID: valid government issued photo ID

-Both bride and groom must be present to apply & sign

-No waiting period

-Valid for  90 days

-If Previously Married: Divorce decree and/or death certificate required

Small Ceremony, (i.e., under 75 people with no set up)

Large Ceremony, (i.e. over 75 people and/or any kind of set up)

-Special Event Permit Application must be submitted
